Who knew that buying the Wii would end up being such a blessing!! This little box has changed our lives. First of all I was able to hook it up all by myself. It's very user friendly!! Second, these long hot summer days somehow go by quicker. Emmet can navigate through the games without my help!! He absolutely loves creating Miis. I think we are up to 78. What's funny is the names that Emmet chooses to give them. Such as Cup, Hot Star (that's Emmet), Picture Frame, Dog, Happio, Legs, Carpet. The only problem with this glorious box is that Emmet hates losing. We were bowling and I was honestly trying to lose and I kept getting strikes. So, I think the next lesson I need to teach Emmet is that it's okay to lose!

Welcom to the world of Wii! Good luck with the 'it's ok to lose' thing...we're still working on it ;) I love the names emmet gives his Mii's. At least they are all different. Audri names all of her littlest pet shop pets 'Hannah' except for the one that's a boy...he's 'Waffle' but the rest are Hannah :)
Kira I think my husband and you little one would get along..maybe then again not. Chris is the same way we play over and over and he has to win. We even go over to friends for bowling tournaments, it is crazy!
What is it about boys and their video games? I'd really rather have my kids play games than watch TV. Our favorite Wii game lately is Super Mario Galaxy. Good stuff. Tell Emmet I love his Mii names, but "Cup" is my favorite. You just can't lose to a Mii named "Cup."
